Arranging an appointment was easy, and the team was incredibly flexible when I needed to reschedule. I went into the shop with a specific dress in mind, which I tried on first (and ultimately said yes to!), but both Claire and Fay encouraged me to try on lots of other dresses (they have a HUGE selection!) to make the most of my appointment.

You couldn’t ask for a nicer group of women than those at Blue Bow! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was so friendly and kind. Claire and Fay made me feel absolutely amazing from start to finish—there wasn’t anything they wouldn’t do for me. I felt like I’d known them for years!

They even knocked the cost of a bridal appointment at another shop off my dress, as I’ll be cancelling that appointment after finding the one at Blue Bow. It was such a thoughtful gesture and truly sets this shop apart from the rest.
